"Name?"
"Uh...Kara."
Whenever I go out and have to give my name to the person behind the counter or the stand or the whatever...I rarely give my real name. I go through my mind, thinking, thinking....hmmm...what name do I pick today?
Sometimes I forget my name and after dazing a bit - I realize that "Kara"...is me!
Ha ha! For a long time I tried to get Kip to give a different name at restaurant, and finally, after a year or so, we were at this pizza place and he says his name is John. The guy looked at us and said, "Wait a sec. That's not your name! Isn't it something else?" Oh, the irony.
ReplyDeleteYou are hilarious. Now, the question is, are you really trying to protect your identity? Or are you just tired of explaining, "You know, Lord of the Rings?" Blank stare... "Like the car from Back to the Future, minus the De." Oh! got it. :) Regardless, I think now is as good a time as any to tell you I am simply in love with your name! And am happy to lend mine out anytime.
